Because QWYN Services may provide immediate access to digital content and private channels, refunds are not automatically guaranteed after access has been activated.

2. Refund Requests

• the time elapsed since payment;
• technical problems affecting the Service;

3. Technical Problems

If a technical issue on QWYN’s side prevents reasonable access to a paid Service, we may, depending on the circumstances, provide additional access time, restore access, or issue an appropriate refund.

4. Customer Errors

QWYN is generally not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect cryptocurrency address, incorrect payment destination, or incorrect payment details caused by customer error.

5. Abuse of Services

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, unauthorized redistribution of QWYN content, subscription sharing, abuse of the Services, or other violations of the Terms of Service.
