You retain control of your own assets and execute transactions independently.

Access to QWYN Services depends on the subscription plan selected by the customer.
Subscription features, duration, pricing, and included services are presented on the QWYN website or communicated directly before purchase.
Access may be activated manually after payment confirmation.
QWYN may change, suspend, or discontinue individual features of a subscription when reasonably necessary.
Certain QWYN Services are delivered through Telegram.
The availability of Telegram is outside QWYN’s control. QWYN is not responsible for interruptions, account restrictions, technical failures, deleted messages, platform outages, or other problems caused by Telegram or third-party infrastructure.
You are responsible for providing a valid Telegram account and maintaining access to it.
Where a trading bot, Expert Advisor, script, VPS, or other software is included in a subscription, it is provided as a trading tool.
Software may contain technical limitations, errors, compatibility issues, or unexpected behavior.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, QWYN does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, profitability, execution speed, or compatibility with every broker, exchange, operating system, or trading environment.
Users remain responsible for monitoring their trading accounts.
QWYN may process subscriptions manually through payment methods communicated to the customer.
A subscription is considered active after payment has been confirmed and the applicable access has been provided.
Payment instructions provided by QWYN should be followed carefully. Customers should verify payment details before sending funds.
QWYN is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or incorrect payment destination due to customer error.
Refunds are handled according to the QWYN Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, access to digital services that have already been provided may affect eligibility for a refund.
QWYN may suspend or terminate access where a customer violates these Terms, attempts to abuse the Services, shares paid content without authorization, or engages in fraudulent activity.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
QWYN may refer users to third-party exchanges, brokers, wallets, payment providers, VPS providers, Telegram, or other services.
These third parties operate independently from QWYN.
QWYN does not control and is not responsible for their availability, policies, security, fees, execution, or services.
QWYN aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, market data issues, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QWYN shall not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, exchange failures, liquidation, slippage, technical failures, market movements, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
